We are expanding our operational format and moving in a direction that will allow our clients to work with their capital even more efficiently — preserving, growing, and investing it in various formats and jurisdictions. What Is Changing Right Now
One change happening in parallel with this transformation: in accordance with the requirements of MiCA Regulation (Learn more about MiCA) (EU) 2023/1114, XPAID Sp. z o.o. (NIP 7252350588, KRS 0001143376, RDWW-1764) is discontinuing regulated crypto services on 30 June 2026.
This is a regulatory requirement that applies to all VASPs in the EU without CASP authorisation. We have chosen full compliance and an orderly wind-down — exactly as a responsible company should.

— Crypto-to-EUR Operations
Key Dates
— 15 June 2026 — last day to submit new exchange requests
— 20 June 2026 — client deadline: bank details, KYC, exchanges
— 30 June 2026 — crypto services cease
What You Need to Do Before 20 June
Contact your manager or write to [email protected]. Make sure your KYC is fully completed, confirm your payment details, and finalise all planned exchanges.
If you cannot complete this before 30 June — individual refunds are available until 30 September 2026. Write to [email protected] with the subject line «Refund Request — [your name or company name]».
Remaining Funds
Xpaid does not provide custodial wallets. If any payments remain incomplete after 30 June — they will be recorded separately and returned through an individual process with a repeated KYC and AML check.
Security
Xpaid will never ask you to transfer funds through unapproved channels. Any «migration» offers from third parties are fraud. If in doubt: [email protected]
