Responsibilities
- Drive direct sales both online and offline — through meetings, calls, and participation in industry events.
- Convert inbound and cold leads into active clients.
- Work primarily with B2C clients (B2B experience is a plus).
- Deeply understand crypto-fintech solutions and explain them to clients in a clear, practical way.
- Gather and share client feedback with the product and operations teams to improve the service.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and deals in CRM.
- Re-engage previous clients and manage referrals to generate new business.
Competencies & Experience
- 2+ years of proven experience in active sales (B2C / B2B).
- Strong background in client meetings and deal-closing.
- Understanding — or readiness to learn quickly — crypto, payments, and fintech products.
- Confident CRM user (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar) and experienced in working via messengers and digital tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with premium and high-net-worth clients.
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher; Ukrainian required.
