About the Role


You’ll scale Xpaid’s partner ecosystem, agents and influencers and turn collaborations into lasting growth. Build a structured, data-driven partner model connecting fintech, real estate, crypto, investing and business communities across Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Build and expand the partner network
  • Support and activate existing partners; help close client cases via our platform.
  • Implement a structured partnership process (CRM, templates, follow-ups, reporting).
  • Identify partner needs and craft win–win solutions and client case support.
  • Launch/manage influencer & collaboration campaigns to drive visibility and leads.
  • Analyze and optimize the partner funnel from acquisition to retention.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Proven experience in partnerships / business development (B2B/B2C or agent networks).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of agent motivation and collaboration mechanics.
  • Hands-on with CRM, templates, structured outreach, and follow-ups.
  • Influencer/affiliate collaboration experience is a strong plus.
