Responsibilities

  • Lead the Legal Department and provide strategic legal advice to company leadership.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including B2B, B2C, partnership, and supplier contracts.
  • Monitor changes in EU legislation and related jurisdictions relevant to the company’s operations.
  • Collaborate closely with Compliance, Risk, Product, and Operations teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Manage intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and brand protection.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Law.
  • 3–5 years of post-qualification experience, with a focus on international contracts and cross-border regulations.
  • Proven track record in corporate law, risk management, and legal protection of business interests.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing legal teams.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to balance risk mitigation with business objectives.
  • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and contract editing skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
  • High ethical standards and sound judgment in decision-making.
