Responsibilities
- Lead the Legal Department and provide strategic legal advice to company leadership.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including B2B, B2C, partnership, and supplier contracts.
- Monitor changes in EU legislation and related jurisdictions relevant to the company’s operations.
- Collaborate closely with Compliance, Risk, Product, and Operations teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
- Manage intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and brand protection.
Must-Have Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Law.
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience, with a focus on international contracts and cross-border regulations.
- Proven track record in corporate law, risk management, and legal protection of business interests.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing legal teams.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to balance risk mitigation with business objectives.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and contract editing skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- High ethical standards and sound judgment in decision-making.
