Responsibilities

  • Drive direct sales both online and offline — through meetings, calls, and participation in industry events.
  • Convert inbound and cold leads into active clients.
  • Work primarily with B2C clients (B2B experience is a plus).
  • Deeply understand crypto-fintech solutions and explain them to clients in a clear, practical way.
  • Gather and share client feedback with the product and operations teams to improve the service.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and deals in CRM.
  • Re-engage previous clients and manage referrals to generate new business.

Competencies & Experience

  • 2+ years of proven experience in active sales (B2C / B2B).
  • Strong background in client meetings and deal-closing.
  • Understanding — or readiness to learn quickly — crypto, payments, and fintech products.
  • Confident CRM user (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar) and experienced in working via messengers and digital tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with premium and high-net-worth clients.
  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher; Ukrainian required.
