1. About XPAID

XPAID SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Poland, registered address: ul. Kolejowa 45/119, 01-210 Warsaw, Poland, National Court Register (KRS) number 0001143376, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7252350588.

XPAID provides consultancy and advisory services to individuals and legal entities, including:

  • guidance on opening accounts at EU-regulated financial institutions;
  • assistance with KYC documentation and compliance procedures;
  • informational references to third-party investment vehicles and regulated financial service providers.

XPAID does not provide crypto-asset services, investment services, payment services, or any other regulated financial services within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA), Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II), or any other applicable financial regulation. XPAID does not hold any financial services licence.

 

2. Discontinuation of Crypto-Asset Services

With effect from 30 June 2026, XPAID SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (registered in the RDWW under number RDWW-1764) has permanently discontinued all regulated virtual asset and crypto-asset services previously offered under its VASP registration, in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA) and applicable Polish law.

Services discontinued as of 30 June 2026:

  • OTC Desk
  • On/Off-Ramp
  • Stablecoin Settlement (EUR ↔ USDC)
  • White Label Crypto Infrastructure
  • Crypto-to-EUR Operations

This wind-down was carried out in an orderly manner in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. XPAID’s VASP registration (RDWW-1764) is no longer active for the purpose of providing crypto-asset services.

Outstanding Refunds

Clients with unresolved transactions or pending refunds may submit a request until 30 September 2026 by contacting:

All refund requests are subject to a repeated KYC and AML verification in accordance with applicable Polish AML legislation. Refunds will be processed in the currency of the original transaction. Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the individual case.

XPAID will never request transfer of funds through unapproved or unofficial channels. Any third-party offers to facilitate migration or recovery of funds are fraudulent. If in doubt, contact [email protected] directly.

 

3. Nature of XPAID’s Current Services

As of 1 July 2026, XPAID operates exclusively as a consultancy and information platform. In this capacity:

  • XPAID does not execute, facilitate, or intermediate any financial transactions on behalf of clients;
  • XPAID does not hold, transfer, or custody any client funds or crypto-assets;
  • XPAID does not act as agent, intermediary, or representative of any regulated financial institution;
  • Any references on this website to third-party financial service providers, investment vehicles, or regulated platforms are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, or solicitation;
  • Users who engage with any third-party services referenced on this website do so under the terms and conditions of those third parties, and the contractual relationship is formed exclusively between the user and the relevant third party.

 

4. Informational References to Third-Party Services

This website may contain informational references or links to third-party regulated financial service providers and investment vehicles. In respect of any such references:

  • XPAID receives no remuneration in the form of regulated investment advice fees;
  • XPAID does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or financial intermediation services;

5. Regulatory Framework Applicable to XPAID

XPAID operates under:

  • The laws of the Republic of Poland applicable to consultancy and advisory services;
  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) in respect of personal data processing;
  • Applicable Polish AML legislation (Ustawa z dnia 1 marca 2018 r. o przeciwdziałaniu praniu pieniędzy oraz finansowaniu terroryzmu) where relevant to its wind-down obligations.
