4. Discontinuation of Crypto-Asset Services

4.1 XPAID previously operated as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) under Polish law (RDWW-1764). With effect from 30 June 2026, all crypto-asset exchange, settlement, and related services have been permanently discontinued in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA).
